Our Lodi, CA SQF-III processing facility is home to the largest-of-its-kind in North America steam/vac pasteurization system. We are currently 3rd-party validated for a 5log kill on macadamia nuts, cashews, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, pine nuts, brazil nuts and hazelnuts.
Our Stockton, CA SQF III-level processing facility offers a full range of roasting and cleaning services. And, it is one of the nation’s premier custom dicing operations for nuts and seeds. This is also the site of our nut butter service.
Our Modesto, CA SQF-II processing facility is uniquely equipped to clean and steam treat nuts and pumpkin seeds as well as process almonds into flour and meal for a wide range of applications.
